25th February 2007 Mt. Biking: Cannock Wind Direction: Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: showers Max Speed: Distance Covered: Follow the Dog trail at Cannock. First ride of the year in shorts but things a bit wet on the ground hub deep mud in places. The trails flowed really well for most of the time though if you didn't mind getting a bit muddy. Quite a few people out on the trails not all with my idea of what to do if you get a faster rider behind you. I speed up or get out the way myself but some people didn't have a clue I was rather muddy by the end of the lap with a good chance of more rain decided to call it aday. It was nice to have aproper hose pipe instead of a jetwash I could hose myself down along with the bike! Can't wait to go back when things dry out and get a crack of dawn start to miss the crowds |
